Most services are billed hourly with defined deliverables, and larger architectural or full-service projects may include percentage-based fees tied to construction costs. We'll review everything transparently on your consultation call, so there are no surprises.

Our full-service design projects begin with investments starting at $10,000, and we specialize in large-scale luxury residential and commercial work, from new-build estates and high-end remodels to boutique hospitality, office, and retail spaces, with construction and furnishing investments starting around $50,000 and ranging into the multi-millions. We also take on smaller projects for clients who share our belief in functional luxury living, ask us on your call.
